Status inventory

We analyze the building's energy consumption, heating sources and net operating income and identify deficiencies based on EU taxonomy requirements and EPBD energy targets. We assess whether the property must meet specific energy classes or other requirements under future regulations. In addition to energy, we also review physical climate risks to ensure compliance with the EU taxonomy targets for climate change adaptation and mitigation.

Proposed measures and cost estimate

We propose measures to comply with the EU taxonomy and the EPBD -requirements, from simple improvements to major investments such as new heating systems and solar panels. Ensure energy efficiency and reduce primary energy consumption according to long-term EPBD targets. Consider physical climate risks and propose adaptations for increased sustainability.

We carry out an economic analysis of the proposed measures, including payback time and risk assessment. For example, we identify properties that risk becoming stranded assets if you don't invest in time, and prioritize measures that will help you meet both the taxonomy and the EPBD's future requirements, such as phasing out fossil fuels and upgrading energy performance.

Roadmap to Green Stock
